The “Enabling Technology Leadership Award” for Customer Management BPO Europe was handed in London to Valeria Sandei, the CEO of Almawave

Rome, 1 April 2019 – Almawave, among Italy’s leading companies in the development of speech recognition & natural language processing technologies applied to customer experience management and advanced analytics, was awarded the “Enabling Technology Leadership Award” by Frost & Sullivan, for the Customer Management BPO Industry sector.

The reason for the award, delivered in London during the “Excellence in Best Practices Awards” event, lies in the ability to adopt a people-centred proprietary platform relying on artificial intelligence to innovate the way of managing relationships with customers. “Almawave adopts the technology to promote the transformation of customer experience management and also improve its IT solutions and services”, commented the Frost & Sullivan analyst, Stephen Loynd. “While the AlmavivA Group is already a renowned brand in Europe and Latin America, Almawave’s profile continues to grow”.

“We are proud to receive this award which acknowledges our achievements in such innovative and promising technological contexts”, commented Valeria Sandei, the CEO of Almawave.

The Frost & Sullivan award is relative to the Almawave platform, based on the comprehension of natural language with A.I. technologies. It ensures comprehensive management of the customer experience (CX) and knowledge intelligence and engagement solutions to improve the level of efficacy of the services, also thanks to the use of big data.

The F&S analysis report underlines the importance of innovation, in an era of sweeping technological changes: “companies that are unable to keep up with the digital revolution will pay a very high price”.
