Born in Avellino in 1961, he graduated in Information Technology from the University of Salerno with top grades.
He is a member of the Board of Almaviva.
In 2018 he was appointed President of SADEL SpA, a national market leader in on-board train Passenger Information Systems, which joined the Almaviva Group in the same year. In 2022 he was appointed Sole Administrator of Almaviva Finland and President of Tecnau. Since February 2023 is also President of Almaviva USA.
In 2013 he was appointed Deputy General Manager of the Transportation Division. He also sits on the Board of Almawave and is CEO of Ferst, a company part-owned by Almaviva and Ferrovie Emilia Romagna.
In 2011 he was called to the position of Chief Commercial Officer of the Transportation Division, being promoted to Head of the Division in 2012.
In 2009 he joined Almaviva Group’s TSF, where he was in charge of the Ferrovie dello Stato account, and in 2010 he was appointed Bid Manager, in respect of the Ferrovie dello Stato tendering procedure for the outsourcing of the Group information systems.
Between 1999 and 2009 he provided organization and management consulting services, working with various multinational market leaders, such as Arthur Andersen (where he was Senior Manager between 1999 and 2002), Ernst & Young (Director from 2002 to 2004) and Deloitte (Partner between 2004 and 2009). In particular, as Partner at Deloitte Consulting, he was responsible for the 'IT Advisory' Service Line, with some important Top Clients such as the Ferrovie dello Stato Group.
Between 1984 and 1999 he worked for a number of important Information Technology groups, including IRI, Stet and Telecom Italia.
