The “Code of Ethics and Conduct” defines the ethical principles and behavioral guidelines adopted by Almaviva Group companies in all their activities and locations, both in Italy and abroad. It is the component on which the Organizational Model “231” and the Group’s Internal Control System are based, with the conviction that the success of a company depends also on ethical business practices.
Within the limits of their respective skills, functions, and duties, those responsible for adhering to this code include corporate bodies, management, employees of all the group’s companies, and all those who permanently or temporarily establish relationships with the group, both in Italy and abroad.
