Implementation of a national platform to spread telemedicine services and culture in Italy with services aimed at institutions and healthcare staff

BACKGROUND

Bridging the gap between territorial disparities and providing greater integration between digital platforms, regional and national health services is a central challenge for the future of healthcare, both in Italy and in Europe.

The primary goal of NRRP Mission 6 (Health) is to strengthen the prevention and treatment capacity of national health systems for the benefit of all citizens by promoting innovative technology. To achieve this goal, sharing a culture oriented towards innovation and new technologies is essential.

The new frontier of Healthcare

In collaboration with the Ministry of Health, Almaviva has created a national platform to spread telemedicine services and culture in Italy aimed at institutions and healthcare personnel.
