The contract, awarded by the Istituto di Previdenza per il SEttore MArittimo, the sea workers’ pension scheme, covers the “Management, maintenance and development of the scheme’s information system and HR training”.
The five-year contract provides for the outsourced management of the scheme information system and its functional and technological development.
Finsiel took part in the tender as member of a temporary consortium, of which it is head and prime contractor, set up together with the TERIN - TERziario per l’Innovazione Consortium based in Brindisi.
Finsiel’s technical bid scored the highest points compared with those of the qualified competitors, such as Engineering, EDA, GFI OIS, Eustema, Data Management, Data Service etc.

The key elements of Finsiel’s bid are its specific and exclusive expertise in the supply of similar services to other social security institutions (INPS, INPDAP, INAIL, IPOST, INPDAI etc.) and its proposal of cutting-edge application cooperation services for businesses, to redesign the scheme’s web portal and to develop “decision-making dashboards” for monitoring the scheme’s most significant administrative processes.
