Introducing IrideCall, the innovatory solution by Almawave for outbound marketing campaigns 

Almawave introduces its innovatory IrideCall solution, thanks to which you're just a few clicks away from building effective interactive customer caring, direct email marketing and data collection campaigns, along with customer satisfaction surveys and lots more besides, enabling intensive customer communication by telephone, email and fax. 

IrideCall plans and carries out voice calls to fixed/mobile devices, in an entirely automated and extremely simple fashion. Thanks to its multilingual text-to-speech feature, by writing simple texts it can record customized voice messages, which the system directly “translates” into calls to customers, for significantly cutting down on campaign management costs. 

In the space of just a few minutes, you can independently design an IVR (Interactive Voice Response) navigation tree, to enhance client interaction and ensure dynamic communication. IrideCall is the first solution to be developed in Italy for handling complex cases of call transfers to dedicated Contact Center operators (remote agents), for the one-to-one management of customer needs. It can be easily integrated with any existing CRM orCTI system and automates, develops and enhances the outbound section of a call center, by activating new contact channels. 

It can be configured entirely online, speedily and automatically, and is available in Cloudenvironment for immediate use without having to first install it. It is highly flexible: from several dozen to thousands of calls per day, only for the desired call traffic volume, without any extra “hidden” charges. 

With IrideCall you can remotely monitor calls in real time, thanks to a specifically set analytics dashboard. 
IrideCall, in fact, allows you to listen to the customer's voice, detect his/her satisfaction for a particular product or service, understand perceptions and new requests, offer suggestions or introduce speedy improvements, acknowledging priorities and obtaining an always accurate and complete picture of the degree of customer satisfaction.
