Almawave USA takes part in the Annual Customer Contact 2015, East: A Frost & Sullivan Executive MindXchange from 12 to 15 April

The eleventh Annual Customer Contact 2015 East is scheduled to take place from 12 to 15 April 2015 at the Sawgrass Marriott Golf Resort & Spa in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.

The event is being promoted by Frost & Sullivan, the global consulting company that has been operating worldwide for over 40 years, supporting customers in identifying innovative strategies to grow their business.

Recognised in June 2014 for the extraordinary growth it achieved in contact-centre outsourcing in Brazil, AlmavivA do Brasil was awarded the annual Frost & Sullivan prize for the emerging company that has demonstrated excellence in innovation, product and technology development, leadership, and customer focus.

Following on from its attendance at the 10th Anniversary Customer Contact 2014 West held last October in San Diego, Almawave is now taking this opportunity to meet with the leading players on the international market in Florida, to discuss and share ideas and best practices on dynamic customer-centric strategies.

Almawave's CEO Valeria Sandei will be attending, together with Chief Technology Officer Raniero Romagnoli.

The exhibition hall will showcase the IRIDE customer-centric suite: leading international players at the event will be introduced to Almawave's “Natural Side of Technology” and the solutions that can innovate customer-care processes. One-to-one discussions will also be part of the event:

Almawave will be meeting with anyone interested in discussing “How technology can drive total quality models in Customer Care”.
