The Italian Banking Association focuses on relations between retail bank and customer

Decision-makers from the banking industry, regulatory authorities, experts and policy-makers will meet at “Customer Dimensions”, the institutional event where the Italian Banking Association focuses on relations between retail bank and customer.

AlmavivA is one of the sponsors for the event to be held in Rome on 9 and 10 April. The objective will be to analyse the complex and well-structured process that results in sales and retention, and especially customer experience and satisfaction.

The 2015 edition will take a closer look at how important it is for banks to renew relations with customers in a context characterised by a broader, well-structured and integrated new physical and digital space, which requires new approaches and operating procedures to create proximity and generate value.
