The next stop of the Innovation Agri Tour will take place during the 17th edition of “Enovitis in Campo”, this year hosted by Agricola Erian - Cantina Bottenago, amidst the olive groves overlooking the shores of Lake Garda.

As one of the tour’s partners, Almaviva brings its expertise in the technological ecosystem as it applies to the wine industry. In the current context, the focus is on traceability and certification of the supply chain via blockchain technology, which not only addresses increasingly stringent legal requirements, but also meets the information needs of increasingly conscientious consumers who seek guarantees of authenticity, quality, and sustainability.

Almaviva responds to the industry’s challenges with “Rural to Digital”. Agriculture Project Manager Paola Granillo will talk about it: an open platform based on the collection and exchange of data from different sources, which supports the digital transformation process, supporting production quality, local growth, and the value of Made in Italy excellence with diversified solutions, including blockchain-certified traceability of the supply chain, Web GIS solutions for territorial data management, IoT and sensor-based systems for the optimization of agricultural practices, and the use of remote sensing to facilitate agricultural activities and monitoring.
