Valeria Sandei, CEO of Almawave, was a guest on the first episode of W Leadership - La Leadership al femminile, a new program airing on Class CNBC dedicated to corporate executives and created in partnership with the University of Milan.

Sandei spoke about the gender gap, STEM disciplines, and technology, a key means of reducing disparities and opening up new horizons for our society. The CEO also appealed to young female students who are about to enter the workforce: “Don’t give up. Have confidence in your abilities and potential and approach all aspects of the world of technology with curiosity. Technology shouldn’t only be thought of as technological development, but also as an opportunity to transform our lives, in many sectors,” said Sandei. “The digital evolution is offering infinite possibilities and we’re only at the beginning.”
