A fundamental meeting hub for the new domestic and international insurance supply chain, in its eighth edition, Italy Insurance Forum 2021 is back in its digital form: 500 participants expected, 70 panelists, 40 innovative projects selected, 20 thematic sessions, 20 hours of live streaming, more than 15 insurtechs.

Almawave participates in the event on 27 April: CEO Valeria Sandei will take part in the Plenary opening meeting with a talk entitled “How artificial intelligence can make Customer Service efficient and scalable, simultaneously increasing customer loyalty.”

In the afternoon on the same day, Sales & Marketing Director Paolo Paravento will provide his experience on the Theater A research panel on the issue “Digitalization of claims: is the insurance market ready to invest in a UX friendly, safe and less bureaucratic method for a customer in self-doing mode?”
