2024 Diversity Leaders: Almaviva has been recognized as one of the best companies in Europe for diversity and inclusion, according to a report published today by Financial Times and Statista.

The German statistical firm and the British financial newspaper conducted a survey of European companies, selecting those that best embody the values of diversity and inclusion.

The analysis method:

70% of the score is based on an independent survey conducted on a sample of more than 100,000 employees,

• a representative sample of the work force in the respective countries.
• Responses from women, senior citizens and ethnic minorities carried more weight than responses form non-minority groups.
• An open survey was also conducted on ft.com.
• 30% of the score is based on key performance indicators of diversity in the workplace

In addition to the survey, several indicators were used for all companies:

• corporate communication in favor of diversity (policy, a page on the corporate website, on social media, on initiatives promoted In favor of diversity);
• percentage of women in managerial positions (boards of directors, executive committees):
• score determined by online research and audience diversity.
