The events promoted by the Disability Network, of which Almaviva, Almawave, and PerVoice are members, continue as scheduled.

Fighting barriers, “Disability Pride” returns to Milan tomorrow, organized for the second consecutive year by various networks made up of people with disabilities, caregivers, advocates, and supporters.

“Together,” explained the promoters at last year's debut, “we chose to stop hiding prosthetics and aids and to show wheelchairs, walkers, and canes in the streets of our cities, in order to express the joy and joie de vivre that characterize us.” That will be the case this year too, on Saturday, June 10th and Sunday, June 11th.
