Efficiency and environmental and economic sustainability in the Italian food industry: the challenges of the sector, new national scenarios, and potential solutions are the focus of the 2023 Agrifood Summit, the digital event organized by Il Sole 24 Ore, in partnership with Almaviva. On Tuesday, June 27th, the discussion will focus on the role of technology in combating climate change, as well as topics like superfoods and the food and beverage industry's adoption of sustainable packaging.
