The 2023 edition of the culinary guide to Rome and Lazio by “La Pecora Nera Editore”, an independent publishing house, has been released. With critiques of 656 regional businesses and with blockchain-certified reviews, thanks to the collaboration with Almaviva, this guide is one of the most authoritative sources on food and wine in Rome and Lazio.

Almaviva provided the Giotto OnChain SaaS service to notarize the data, which then became certified and unchangeable.

The startup “pOsti” designed an agile system for collecting data (receipt/invoice, photos of dishes, date of visit) in order to allow inspectors to insert it easily.

Downloading the free Rome 2023 app, the certified content becomes available and can be consulted by readers.
