SIAS examines new scenarios: a day dedicated to celebrating the 20th anniversary of the Sicilian Agrometeorological Information Service is taking place today at the University of Palermo’s Faculty of Agriculture. A complex system that, through the combined use of meteorological, climatic, and agronomic knowledge, and thanks to the availability of the most advanced technologies, offers fundamental support in the management of agricultural, forestry, and livestock companies in the area.

Almaviva is participating in the event as part of its 20-year collaboration with the association in the field of IT and digital innovation. Franco Godino, of Agricultural Practice, will explain the SIAS agrometeorological project created for the Sicilian Region.
