At the Hotel Transamérica in San Paolo, CONAREC will begin in one week, the Congresso Nacional das Relações Empresa-Clientes.

AlmavivA do Brasil confirms its presence at the event, considered to be a major event on a global level for the cultural, technological and organizational evolution of the Customer Relationship Management sector.

“Expandindo as fronteiras do engajamento”, is the theme of the 2019 edition, which concentrate in-depth on how to earn the trust of an increasingly more demanding consumer with a Customer Journey of particular quality.

The AlmavivA Group company-customer relations best practices in the Absolute Digital era will be presented in one of the exhibit spaces which will provide attendees with all-new involvement opportunities this year.
