“M’Illumino di meno”: Almaviva joins the Italian National Energy Conservation and Sustainable Lifestyles Day

15-02-2023

Once again, on February 16th, Almaviva supports M'Illumino di meno, Italian National Energy Conservation and Sustainable Lifestyles Day.

The Almaviva Group’s approach to sustainability integrates various social, environmental, and governmental aspects, not only in terms of the products and services that it puts on the market, but also in terms of how businesses function, generating a synergy that allows companies to favor an ethical, inclusive, and environmentally friendly digital transition.

This integrated model enables all of the group’s companies to create shared value, which becomes social value for people, economic value for clients and stakeholders, and environmental value for the ecosystem, acting on four primary axes: responsible digital transition, people, environment, and corporate governance.

In particular, efforts to protect the environment are implemented through a special environmental management system that’s designed to minimize the company's impact on the planet, climate, and natural resources.

The group monitors its emissions and energy consumption, promoting the use of energy from renewable sources and seeking to reduce waste and externalities that are harmful to the environment, from a perspective of circular economy, ensuring efficiency and sustainability.

A model of hybrid smart working and the redefinition of work methods and functional spaces promotes a new balance between on-site and remote activities, fostering organizational well-being and work-life balance, also through flexibility and autonomy with respect to the choice of when and where to work.
