Today Almawave is launching the evolution of one of the main modules in the Suite: Iride® Call, the omnichannel and multilingual AI-driven solution for analyzing and interpreting customer requests expressed in natural language.

Iride® Call can be used to manage incoming telephone queues at Contact Centers with a powerful Conversational Interactive Voice Response system, classify requests by interpreting the intent of the contact and direct calls to the operator with the most suitable skills. The aim is to maximize the quality of the contact experience as perceived by the customer.
