The CMMC Club organizes the Relationship-Experience with the Customer-Citizen Week 2020. The event, now in its fourteenth edition, will focus on the implications of the current changes, the need for considering the customer as an individual within an ecosystem of values and motivations, the brand value based increasingly on responsibility, transparency, sobriety.
