The Veneto Region and the "Gino Marchet" Contract Logistics Observatory of the Politecnico di Milano has organized, in collaboration with Assologistica, a conference entitled "Technological Innovation and Sustainability: the Challenges for Growing Logistics", which will take place in Verona on June 9th.

The conference will present the primary market trends, focusing on sustainability and on the central role of technological and digital innovation, and the biggest challenges for the future of Veneto’s logistics.

"When it comes to logistics, the digital transition represents an opportunity for change with a positive impact for all stakeholders involved," explains Paolo Pisani, Business Unit Director of Almaviva's Transport Infrastructure & Logistics division, who will be taking part in the roundtable entitled The Near Future of Logistics in Veneto: the Challenges and Work Plan. “Interconnected logistical infrastructures enable the smooth movement of people, vehicles, and goods, with enormous benefits in terms of environmental sustainability and operational efficiency, In order to address the challenges imposed by the current market, all stakeholders involved must implement cooperative strategies with a systemic approach.”
