The AlmavivA Group is bringing its experience to the Conference promoted by ABILab, the Italian Banking Association Research and Innovation Center encouraging discussion between 180 banks and 68 syndicated technological partners, including AlmavivA.
On July 3, Almawave Business Development Manager Michele Albertini and AlmavivA Finance Business Development Manager Sara Bidoni will discuss one of the main trends characterizing the evolution of services on the online channels: “Face Recognition & Virtual Assistant: People-Centered Solutions 4 Digital Banking” is the title of their talk, due to take place in a session which will also include a presentation of results from the ABILab Digital Banking Observatory.
On July 4 Almawave Enterprise Market Client Manager Massimiliano Maccarini and AlmavivA Contact Sales Director Anelia Trifu will have their opportunity to speak at the “Contact Center and human touch” session.
An increasingly central hub of digital relationships, over the last year the contact center has strengthened its position as an all-round relationship platform, both as a dialog and assistance center and as a factor in the financial results of the banks. In this context, the human element and the ability to innovate are two increasingly significant components in the development of channel growth routes.
