After winning the 2020 National Award for Digital Innovation with its “La palestra del futuro” (The gym of the future) project, in the 2021 edition the ITIS Armellini in Rome received a special mention for its “Stay Safe: How to Quickly Check the Green Pass” project.

Developed with AlmavivA for the Digital Enablers category, “Stay Safe” aims for a simpler and faster automated check of the Green Pass through the use of blockchain technology, ultimately capable of reducing waiting times and the risk of counterfeiting.

Directed at high schools, with the participation of businesses, organizations, and cultural associations, the award is organized with the collaboration of the Ministry of Education, University and Research and included in the “Digital Republic” initiative, promoted by the Department for Digital Transformation of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers.
