AlmavivA Digitaltec: a quality reference for companies and organisations that take up the challenge of digital transformation

“A quality reference for companies and organisations that take up the challenge of digital transformation by investing in the emerging technological trends”, commented the Group’s CEO, Marco Tripi.

Rome, 5 July 2018 – AlmavivA Digitaltec, the new company of the AlmavivA Group based in Naples, is now a reality. “An excellence hub, a national reference for companies and organisations seeking to take up the digital transformation challenge by investing in the emerging technological trends. A digital delivery centre, with significant employment goals”, explained the CEO of the AlmavivA Group, Marco Tripi.

AlmavivA Digitaltec has already hired 100 people and, by the end of 2018, aspires to have 230 employees, including experts with excellent backgrounds and young graduates in scientific subjects, recruited thanks to a series of agreements with local universities and systematic ties with research projects, academies and hackathons at a regional and national level.

“Increasing our staff is an ambitious goal and by the end of the year we hope to select the best candidates – both experts and graduates – to work in a highly competitive and permanently evolving scenario, where updating skills and proposing solutions in real time are crucial” – added Marco Tripi. “The recruitment process is under way. We propose a smart digital workplace geared towards creativity and efficiency, so that our smart solutions can take shape concretely”.

The new facility features a lean, responsive structure with professionals who work in teams on specific projects highly tailored to customer requirements, with quick execution times on disruptive technologies to offer smart solutions and digital and cloud transformation solutions. The headquarters of the Management Centre in Naples is an open space which the employees use freely without being excessively bound to their desks and workstations. A similar environment encourages mutual exchange and fosters team spirit.

The financial target for 2018 is to break even in terms of the operating income, while the forecast for the annual total sales under fully operational conditions is 20 million Euros. The company is wholly controlled by the parent company AlmavivA S.p.A. and the sole proprietor is Antonio Amati.

“The first step of AlmavivA Digitaltec was to imbue current intra-company projects with an innovative streak and the company has already intervened in the Agriculture and Territorial Management and Automotive sectors and, transversally, on cyber security issues” – explained Mr Amati. The company’s aim is to enhance the quality of the offer and build a diversified customer base that also includes small- and medium-size companies, so as to complete the Group’s portfolio.
