Valeria Sandei

CEO, Almawave

Valeria Sandei currently also holds the position of President and CEO of Almawave do Brasil, as well as President of Almawave USA, The Data Appeal Company, and Mabrian Technologies.

She is Counselor of OBDA Systems and Vice President of the Board of Directors of the "Fondazione Musica per Roma".

Born in Venice in 1976, she graduated in “Economics of Financial Markets" from the Bocconi University in Milan.

From 2013 to 2021 she held the position of Strategic Marketing Officer for Almaviva Group.

In 2011, building on its record growth over the years, Almawave decided to export its ground-breaking technology using the Brazilian market as a springboard and establishing a new company, Almawave do Brasil.

In 2007, she was appointed CEO of the newly-established subsidiary Almaviva Consulting (now called Almawave), Almaviva Group's Consulting and Business Intelligence innovation arm.

In 2004, she joined Almaviva Group, dealing at first with marketing and business development projects and following the acquisition of Finsiel Group, from the due diligence process to the strategy plan.

She began her career at JP Morgan, working on Private Banking projects. She then moved to Accenture, to the Strategy Area of the Financial Services Practice, where she handled business plans and the reengineering of organizational models for leading customers in the Financial Services area.
