Marina Irace

Chief Human Resources Officer

Born in 1970 in Positano (Salerno), she graduated in Arts, with a specialization in History of Contemporary Art at the University of Rome (La Sapienza).

In 2000, she was employed by Cos Group – a leader in the CRM sector – in its Human Resources Division. The Group later merged with Finsiel, an historical IT consulting and solutions group, leading to the formation, in 2005, of Almaviva SpA - The Italian Innovation Company, the new leading nationwide ICT company. In this new context, Marina Irace plays a crucial role in the complex operations of integration and harmonization of Almaviva Group companies, in various positions within the Human Resources Department.

In 1997 she joined Experian as head of training.

After earning a Master’s Degree in General and Museum Didactics, she worked for several years in a number of major Rome museums.
