AlmavivA a technological partner of the Campania Region in Brussels with i.TER, the innovative knowledge and data optimisation platform

Over the past few days the Campania Region has been promoting two seminars held at the Italian Cultural Institute in Brussels, with the aim of illustrating the processes initiated mostly thanks to the optimal use of European structural funds, particularly those promoting the Region’s cultural and environmental heritage – the cornerstone of the Administration’s effort to implement effective and sustainable development.

Today’s workshop, entitled “The cultural heritage of the Campania Region and structural funds”, will focus on illustrating the open data module of the i.TER platform, developed for the Campania Region by AlmavivA together with Trilogis and Planetek.

i.TER Campania is a geographic cloud combining all the databases of regional offices and bodies, georeferenced, and makes available to citizens, professionals and companies shared tools, data and services. Moreover, it guarantees accessibility and transparency, and combines information to improve administration of the territory. The solution is open source and interacts with the IoT regional platform (GIOTTO Technologies); it can also be accessed through mobile devices and provides apps for signalling and tracking purposes.
