AlmavivA wins the contract awarded by the Central Directorate for Immigration and Border Police
AlmavivA, as part of a Temporary Joint Venture with Unisys spa and Secom srl, has won the contract awarded by the Central Directorate for Immigration and Border Police to develop an information collection, analysis and monitoring System for coordinating the struggle against illegal immigration via the Extended Mediterranean Region and the land borders (SATM).
Our technical offer received four points more than the second-ranking bid, confirming the merits of our proposal compared to the other bidders.
This is a very important result, because it will enable us to achieve a high rating with the Government office that oversees all the border control projects financed by the European Union (Frontex), but also because it enables us to capitalize on and further develop the vertical competencies we have built up, in connection with certain previous projects (C4I, VTS, AFIS, eDocuments).
