The contract provides for the provision of services in continuity with those already carried out for Equitalia Servizi under the SPC contract. AlmavivA, therefore, will continue to develop Application Cooperation Services over the next two years, with a view to ensuring communication between Equitalia and the Entities, in particular with regard to the collection notice functionalities, for speeding up and automating SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) based services. 

For example, the automation of the collection notice issuing process by each Creditor Entity and their validation by digital signature, which has allowed a switchover to paperless, ensuring and certifying the phases and timeframes for the production of the collection notice lists.

 

The new contract will also serve the purpose of ensuring the Application Cooperation development of the Web application, currently provided via an Equitalia Servizi portal, for the management of payments by installments for the telematic agencies (Agenzia delle Entrate, Inps, Inail...). The new contract activities also include the re-engineering of existing applications or porting on different platforms and the evolution of the Statistical Portal developed with Oracle Business Intelligence, through which Equitalia Servizi monitors the SLAs (Service Level Agreements) of the telematic services.
