AlmavivA, as the agent of a temporary grouping, in which it holds an 80% stake, in partnership with Servizi Informatici and HS System (local companies), has been awarded a 4-year contract for delivering ICT support services to InnovaPuglia (LOT 2), under the Framework Agreement referred to in Article 59 of Legislative Decree 163/2006.

The contract concerns the development and maintenance services for the various Systems that enable InnovaPuglia to provide ICT support to the Regional Government, such as, by way of example, the eHealth Systems, the Regional IT System, the SUAP (an acronym for OSS for business services) and, lastly, the Dematerialization Support System for cutting back red tape.

InnovaPuglia is the in-house company set up by the Regional Authorities in 2008, following the merger of two regional companies: Tecnopolis Scrl (Science and Technology Park) and FinPuglia SpA (Regional Financial Institute of Puglia). Its mission is to ensure the regional "governance" of ICT services, in terms of the quality and cost-effectiveness of the services delivered by Government to the end users. 

Based on the Framework Agreement, InnovaPuglia aims at upgrading and supporting its IT design, monitoring, development and management systems, on behalf of the Regional Government of Puglia, by outsourcing certain technical and professional services.
