AlmavivA secures the outsourcing contract for the network and infrastructure management services for the Region of Lombardia

The contract, awarded by Lombardia Informatica to a joint venture set up by AlmavivA (51%) and Lutech (49%), provides for the management of the network systems and the infrastructure owned by Lombardia Gestione s.r.l..
Under this outsourcing arrangement, the regional government of Lombardia assigns the more operational infrastructure, processes and activities and the delivery of the services to AlmavivA and Lutech. Following the contribution of the shares, 53 resources are transferred from Lombardia Informatica to Lombardia Gestione, as a result of which they are given a huge opportunity for professional growth, by becoming part of a company in which they can build on and draw from the competencies, synergy and technology innovation of AlmavivA and Lutech.
