Three innovatory projects by AlmavivA Group (one by AlmavivA and two by Almaviva TSF) have been shortlisted as part of the "Italia degli Innovatori" (Innovative Italy) project, promoted by the Agency for Innovation Technologies established by the Prime Minister’s Office.
The "Italia degli Innovatori" project shortlists – based on process and product innovation – and then assists the business centres of excellence on markets with a high potential for development, implementing what is to all intents and purposes a local launching platform, through the construction of physical or virtual places where they can be advertised.
This year, the project target countries, selected because of their high development potential and outlook, in which to assist and support the winning examples of Italian innovation and technological excellence, are China, Russia, Brazil and Mexico.
Following are the three AlmavivA Group projects highlighted as "Innovations Shortlisted by Italia degli Innovatori":
SEM (Smart Energy Management) – The AlmavivA portal developed to monitor and streamline the energy efficiency of buildings/systems. SEM is a solution targeting medium-to-large organizations, in both the public and private sectors. It collects and analyses data and monitors and records the energy events of single buildings or residential estates, through a secure portal-profiled Internet access.
SEM gathers, in a single tool, the necessary functionalities for navigating through consumption information in real time, based on a geographical logic, a Business Intelligence solution applied to the entire (historical and real time) measurement database and an effective Back Office system.
Urbis Nauta – An ICT-based intermodal infomobility platform developed by AlmavivA TSF for supporting public transport companies in planning their services, defining timetables and assessing the sustainability of the timetables, and planning door-to-door intermodal journeys, determining the most effective route and providing updated travel information (traffic, parking availability etc.).
Urbis Ratio – A technological solution developed by AlmavivA TSF, to meet city logistics needs, and which covers incoming orders, delivery planning, route optimization, the booking and management of freight loading/unloading yards and vehicle fleet tracking.
