The Forum – organized by Global Networking Strategies, whose theme is “Betting on Energy Efficiency, to foster ethical and sustainable savings” – is based on a number of case studies regarding large businesses that have already implemented solutions and measures for a more rational use of energy resources: Finmeccanica Group, Ferrari, Hera Group, Cremonini Group, Intesa SanPaolo, AlmavivA Group.

 

Stefano Capelli, Head of the New Businesses Project, presents an “Analysis and monitoring of energy consumption in the services sector: the AlmavivA case study”, an analysis of the role of the ICT industry in rationalizing energy consumption and an overview of the resulting economic and management benefits.

 

A second focus is dedicated to an open discussion on the issue of Energy Efficiency, with the Gas & Electricity Authority and the energy distributors, followed by measuring the economic and management benefits resulting from the investments and, last but not least, the proposal of a “networking approach” aimed at implementing concrete energy saving and sustainability strategies and projects.
