Costantini, who is 38 years old, holds a degree in Economics and a Master in Business Administration from the SDA Bocconi University, and began his professional career first at Arthur Andersen & Co. and then at the Financial Division of Enel SpA, as a financial analyst.

 

In 1998, he was appointed a manager at Bain & Company, where he was responsible for dealing with business consulting projects, mainly in the financial and assurance sectors, after which he moved to the RAS Group, first in the position of Director of the Agency Network Planning and Organization Office of the Sales Department, then, from 2005, to Ras Bank, as Assistant General Director in charge of Operations and business development activities.
