An Italian presence is a valuable reference for the Almaviva Group; we export technological expertise developed in our Italian laboratories. Over the years, hundreds of people, from seasoned experts to young recruits, have joined us and we continue to have ambitious plans. Therefore, in light of a renewed Employer Branding strategy, consistent with the strategic positioning of the various lines of business, the group organizes and takes part in hundreds of recruiting events throughout the country, cultivates partnerships with universities, training institutes and technical industrial institutes, and constantly updates its onboarding processes.

The two main events taking place in May are focused on narrowing the gender gap in STEM disciplines: the acronym for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics, the combination of disciplines that seem to represent today's gateway to the future of employment, increasingly essential in the education and professional fulfillment of the next generations. In particular, the gap present in ICT professions and the challenge that the group has been tackling for years.

On May 16th, Almaviva will take part in "Open to STEM: New Opportunities for Male and Female Students", a day organized by Generazione STEM at La Sapienza University of Rome. Meanwhile, on May 20th we will be at the BASE Milan space as a partner in the international initiative STEM Women Congress.

Between these two events, on May 18th, we will meet with Apulian candidates at Bari's Spazio Murat during the 2024 Tech Job Fair. Recruiter, Almaviva Digitaltec, the Almaviva Group's Digital Foundry is characterized by a strong component of young talent.
