AlmavivA Group’s newco, Almawave do Brasil, was officially launched on the Brazilian market at the National Congress of Business-Customer Relations – CONAREC – held on 2 and 3 September, in Saõ Paulo. The Congress, now in its third year, has already become a major event and a showcase for the leading ICT services providers in South America. The CONAREC, in fact, provides a unique opportunity for journalists, experts and international analysts to observe close up the constant growth of investments in ICT market technologies and services in this part of the world.

Almawave do Brasil and AlmavivA do Brasil attended the event together to promote their Contact Center services: semantic and ontology-driven solutions for research in natural language and Avatar-based Web interface systems.

The curiosity aroused by our stand exceeded all expectations, fostering numerous contacts with representatives from premier Brazilian businesses. There was an enormous amount of interest in our solutions, which could be experienced first hand by trying out the demos we’d made available there.

Giulio Salomone, President of both companies, took part in the panel on “The Single Customer: customer management based on cultural diversity”.
In his speech, Mr. Salomone highlighted that: “adequate customer relationship management tools are of the utmost importance for Contact Center providers, designed to help find fast online results and make the Web navigation experience as effective as possible. Almawave has developed dedicated semantic and ontology-driven solutions and virtual assistants to rapidly provide the right answer at the right time.”
