Digital Public Administration - Innovations and technologies at the service of the country

On Wednesday, 7th February, the ‘Digital Public Administration - Innovations and technologies at the service of the country’ event, organised by Deloitte, will be held in Rome. The event will take place during the second edition of the Open Administration Week, promoted by the Public Service Department in the context of the Open Government Partnership, with the aim of fostering the development of digitalisation, transparency, participation and accountability in both the public administration and in society.

Following the institutional address by the Honourable Minister, Marianna Madia, and two interventions by Deloitte accompanying the book, ‘Digital P.A. Innovations and technologies at the service of citizens’, a Round Table will be held, the two phases of which will offer a two-sided approach to the core topic: digital skills. In the first phase, institutional representatives will share their views on the current challenges posed by the digitalisation of the country’s resources, while the second phase – including a speech by Antonio Amati, General Manager of the AlmavivA IT Division – will include a debate on the future scenarios for digital skills.

Together with Mr Amati, the following figures will be intervening to discuss the needs and professions of the future representatives of the information technology and academic sectors: Andrea Campora, Cyber Security & ICT Solutions, Senior Vice-President, Leonardo; Pier Luigi Dal Pino, Central Manager for Institutional and Industrial Relations, Microsoft; Paolo Pandozy, CEO of Engineering Informatica; Andrea Prencipe, Deputy Vice-Chancellor LUISS Guido Carli University.
