Atesia, as the member of a consortium, with Telecom Italia as consortium leader (with a stake in excess of 70%), has been awarded the contract, by Consip, for two lots of the supply of Contact Center solutions and services for government, pursuant to article 26 of Law 488/1999 and article 58 of Law 388/2000.

The contract provides for the supply of inbound and/or outbound multichannel outsourcing services for Contact Centers, relating to nationwide projects. The consortium will rely on Finsiel for the preliminary and final design activities of the CRM services, preliminary to the conclusion of the single supply contracts with the partner authorities
