Daniele Toledo of AlmavivA will speak at the Business Analysis Rome Meeting, where the Rome branch of the IIBA Italy Chapter will be presented.
Why is it important now, more than ever, for big organisations to review their business models? To what extent does Business Analysis represent a tool for enabling evolution of the business model? What techniques and approaches can be used to define business models? The event, taking place at Rome's Sapienza University on the afternoon of 24 June 2015, represents an important opportunity to identify the most relevant answers to these questions, exploring and sharing ideas.
AlmavivA's experience enables it to offer a significant contribution to the discussion: the session with Daniele Toledo, Business Development Manager in the Transportation Division, will focus on “An Integrated Approach to Business Analysis”.
During the session, the Rome branch of the IIBA Italy Chapter will be presented. The latter was founded with the aim of developing knowledge of Business Analysis across the capital, extending the mission of the Italian chapter of the International Institute of Business Analysis – IIBA®, the leading association in the field.
