Since 2007 until today, AlmavivA Group has been hampered by red tape, despite its partnership with CCID, the Chinese IT Agency directly controlled by the Information Industry Ministry.
Last month, at long last, the requisite license arrived and the business venture could finally take off.
 
CCID-AlmavivA Information Technology Shanghai is based in downtown Shanghai and deals with telecommunications and, in particular, call centers. But this is just the first step of the project. "We are already showing interest in the IT applications at the base of call center services", Mr. Tripi has announced.
