Continuous compliance and the modern enterprise: developing a compliance culture and operating tools

The event organized by Opentech and AlmavivA, with Banca Finnat Euroamerica, on “Continuous compliance and the modern enterprise: developing a compliance culture and operating tools” will be held in Rome, on 12 July 2007, at the Residenza Ripetta venue.

The aim is to further investigate the new frontiers of Compliance vis-à-vis the financial and business worlds and the public sector, especially as regards banks: a cultural perspective, according to which Compliance is not merely a set of bureaucratic and bothersome regulations, but a “modus operandi” capable of creating value for the enterprise and its stakeholders.

It will be an opportunity to discuss the new rules and organizational and procedural practices for governing Compliance over time and for investigating the issues, examining the methods and available instruments and developing a dynamic and conscious management of non-conformity risks, while asserting the Company’s image and legitimacy on the market.

The event targets the Top Management and the Compliance, Internal Control, IT and Organization managers.
