Rome and Milan, 1 October 2014 - Almawave, AlmavivA Group innovation technology Company and Qlik® (NASDAQ: QLIK), a leader in data discovery, are proud to announce the signature of an OEM partnership agreement for the implementation of an integrated solution for data analysis supporting Iride Customer Centric Suite platform. The new “Iride BI – Powered by QlikView®” module will enable Almawave Customer to make the most of collected information and data, by setting up powerful and user-friendly analytics, in order to improve Customer-Enterprise multi-channel Management.

Iride Customer Centric Suite is Almawave proprietary semantic-ontological platform: flexible, complete and innovative, one of a kind, implemented to make Customer Interaction faster and more efficient, as well as ensure a Customer Experience of excellence and a 360° understanding of Customer needs. This latest generation technology enables automated and real-time identification, understanding and elaboration of topics of interest expressed by Customers in natural language over any communication channel (voice, e-mail, mobile phone text, social, etc.), by making interaction quick and straight-forward.

From Almawave and Qlik partnership, Iride users will be able to thoroughly exploit analytical and display potential of QlikView, the Market-leading Data Discovery platform, in order to perform and implement fulfilling and innovative analysis, reporting and dashboards supporting decision-making processes.
