AlmavivA – The Italian Innovation Company is the new brand name of the holding company controlling the COS and Finsiel groups.
 
The choice of the name AlmavivA – which means ‘living soul’ – was made from a short list, following an in-house competition among the group’s staff.
 
The choice of AlmavivA, accompanied by the definition The Italian Innovation Company, expresses the desire to use a brand name that includes a set of values.

 
The meaning of AlmavivA has its roots in European culture and is synonymous with the vitality that characterizes cutting-edge innovation and the modern business world. The combination of the brand name and The Italian Innovation Company is aimed at blending a reference to the Group’s vitality and its mission and standing in the country today.
 

To these meanings one must also add the importance of finding a name that is short and easy to remember, which is an important feature in respect of communications with the market and outside environments.

 
 

The new brand name AlmavivA – The Italian Innovation Company will be extensively used by all the COS Group and Finsiel Group companies which, as announced by the President, Mr. Tripi, at the first Management Convention, will maintain, for the time being, the name and logo with which their operations have been labeled, to date.
