Alberto Tripi, Chairman of AlmavivA and Confindustria’s Innovatory Services department, offers some advice to the Government on how to reform the health sector, tourism, the logistical services, energy saving and SMEs.
"Our proposal – says Mr. Tripi – concerns the organizational structure that needs to be set up before any decisions are made, with respect to the technology and the providers.
We design projects capable of producing benefits for the economy as a whole.
It is then up to the Government to decide how and who should implement them, and it is only at that point that the competition between the companies will begin."
