A framework agreement for ICT services entered into with Ferrovie dello Stato Group
The AlmavivA TSF joint venture has concluded a framework agreement with Ferservizi for the outsourced management of the data processing, software development and management and call center infrastructure for Ferrovie dello Stato Group.
The 7-year framework agreement was awarded following a tendering procedure in November 2010.
The joint venture comprises AlmavivA Tsf (the representative), AlmavivA, Ansaldo STS, Engineering and Telecom Italia.
