Over the course of 2016 the Internet of Things recorded tangible developments in Italy: the offer of enabling solutions and technology increased and the market grew in various fields of application. Alongside certain sectors that are still struggling to emerge – Smart City above all – there are several others that appear to be on the right track and often record a significant market growth.
