“Our first reaction to the news that the FS Group had awarded its IT services contract to Sirti was undoubtedly one of surprise.
AlmavivA has been providing the contracted services to the FS Group for about ten years now. However, AlmavivA’s technical tender received thirteen points less than the contract winner, out of a total of 35, which allowed the latter to bridge the gap with respect to the price bid (a circumstance that AlmavivA has become acquainted with only today, since it had not been invited to the tender opening).
Therefore, we have decided to investigate the matter further.”
