The TSF general meeting, held on Wednesday, 15 April 2009, confirmed the current directors as follows:
- for Ferrovie dello Stato: Vittorio de Silvio and Enrico Grigliatti
- for AlmavivA: Alberto Tripi, Marco Tripi and Augusto Liguori.
The meeting then appointed Marco Tripi Chairman of the Board of Directors, and confirmed Augusto Liguori as CEO.
