19-22 October San Diego: Almawave sponsors the Frost & Sullivan "10th Anniversary Customer Contact 2014, West"

The best insights, ideas and good practices focusing on the Customer Experience will be shared at the "10th Anniversary Customer Contact 2014, West: A Frost & Sullivan Executive MindXchange", that will be taking place in San Diego until 22 October.

Almawave is sponsoring and taking part in the event promoted by Frost & Sullivan, the global consulting company that has been operating throughout the world for over 40 years, supporting customers in identifying innovative strategies to grow their business.

Recognised for the extraordinary growth it achieved in contact-centre outsourcing in Brazil, AlmavivA do Brasil, in June last year, was awarded the prize that Frost & Sullivan gives to the emerging company that has demonstrated excellence in innovation, product and technology development, leadership, and customer focus.

“Highly able on the operations front, AlmavivA do Brasil has grown significantly in various sectors – telecommunications, media, banking, insurance – and has consolidated its experience with customers both new and old”, explained Maiara Munhoz, an analyst at Frost & Sullivan Industry.
And in the motivation for the prize, Frost & Sullivan added “Driven by investments in highly advanced technology, Almawave (part of the AlmavivA Group) has created the application suite Iride Customer-Centric, which is the only one of its kind, designed to make customer interaction faster, easier and more efficient, to guarantee an excellent customer experience and to meet all needs.”
“It is precisely thanks to the quality of the service offered by Almawave that AlmavivA has been able to increase its market share and obtain credibility in Brazil”.
