Almawave is the only Italian company to appear in the prestigious research institute's Market Guide, thanks to the Iride Voice solution.

Rome, 14 March 2014 - Almawave, the technological innovation company of the AlmavivA Group, has been included for the first time in the list of 10 most important global players in the latest guide published by the Gartner Group, focusing on speech analytics: "Market Guide for Contact Center Speech Analytics - 7 March, Jim Davies". This distinction is owed to its Iride Voice solution, one of the applications from the platform Iride Customer Centric Suite.

Almawave is the only Italian company to appear in the Guide, thus giving a prestigious name check for the entire Italian information technology industry; this, in a rapidly evolving speech recognition market, applied particularly to CRM systems and contact centre management - an area experiencing double-digit growth annually and which will soon be worth over 1 billion dollars a year, with companies capitalizing billions of dollars.
